"The October issue of the Jr. Chieftain News will be on sale
WEDNESDAY, October 31st during homeroom for 25 cents. This is a change
in dates because of Halloween being Wednesday. Please remember your
quarters on Wednesday during homeroom!"

Any girl age 13 or 14 interested in playing Club Volleyball in
Nelsonville should stop by Mrs. Riddlebarger's room 114 to pick up
information. The meeting is this Sunday.

Open gyms - Oct 22 & 24 - 6-7:30

8th grade girls tryouts
Oct 26 - 3:00-4:30, Oct 27 - 11:00-12:30 1st cut, Oct 29 - 3:00-5:00
Final cut

7th grade girls tryouts
Oct 26 - 5:30-7:00, Oct 27 - 9:00-10:30 1st cut, Oct 29 - 5:30-7:00
Final cut

All physicals must be completed prior to first day of tryouts
All tryouts and practices are closed to parents

There will be a Teen Institute meeting on Tuesday from 2:30 - 3:40 in
Room 128. Any 6th, 7th, or 8th grade student who wants to have fun
and say "No to Drugs" is invited to attend.
