Oct. 13 and 15 - Boys basketball will begin 6:30 - 8:00 in the middle school gym.

Oct. 14 - 7th and 8th grade soccer teams are expected to turn in all uniforms at  
               Mingo Park at 5 PM, followed with a pizza party.

Oct. 20 - Teen Institute is sponsoring a Red Ribbon Week poster contest. Prizes
               will be given to the winning 5th/6th grade student and 7th/8th grade     
               student.  Posters must have a message about being drug free or the
               dangers of drugs.  Posters are due in the guidance office no later than
               Oct. 20.  All posters will be displayed in the building during Red Ribbon
               Week.

Oct. 24 - Logan-Hocking Monster Dash 5k Run/Walk

               Race begins at 8 AM with race day registration beginning at 8 AM

               at campus of Logan High School. Cost is $10 for Adults and $5

               for students K-12.  The race wil be on the cross-country course.
